Peak Agent AI builds AI-powered tools for advertising optimization and website testing. This policy explains how we handle data—both on our own platform and through our Page Optimizer script that runs on customer websites.

Two Ways We Handle Data
On peakagent.ai (our platform): We collect data from customers who use our advertising optimization services.
On customer websites (Page Optimizer): Our script collects visitor behavior data on behalf of customers who deploy it. Customers control this data and are responsible for their own privacy disclosures and visitor consent.
What We Collect
On Our Platform (peakagent.ai)

- Advertising account credentials (API keys, OAuth tokens) for Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn
- Email, Name & Contact information
- Account and campaign information
- Support messages and inquiries
Information we gather automatically:

- Campaign metrics
- Security and troubleshooting logs
We use personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, emails, or phone numbers for customer support and contractual obligations.
On Customer Websites (Page Optimizer Script)
When customers use our Page Optimizer, the script collects from their website visitors:
- Page views, clicks, scroll depth, time on page
- Browser and device details
- Page referrals & UTM sources
- Conversion events (trials, demos, purchases, form submissions)
- Which page variant each visitor sees
- Performance metrics per variant
Customers determine what gets collected and must disclose this in their own privacy policies.

- Active subscriptions: Credentials and account data remain while you're a customer
- After termination: Deletion requests processed within 30 days
- Page Optimizer data: Retained per customer instructions; deleted on request or subscription end

- Access controls: Role-based permissions; access limited to authorized personnel only
- Infrastructure: Enterprise cloud hosting with regular security audits and vulnerability testing

Google API Services

LinkedIn Marketing Developer Platform
We access LinkedIn advertising data only to provide campaign optimization services. LinkedIn data is used solely for approved purposes, never sold, and handled according to LinkedIn's API Terms of Service and Developer Program policies.

If you deploy Page Optimizer on your website, you must:
